No surprises: before we touch anything we tell you what's wrong with the device and what it costs to fix.

You bring it in
If it's a loose board, you can bring it without the device. The more you can tell us about the fault, the sooner we'll find it.

We open it and look
We find which component failed. Then we call you and tell you what's wrong, what it costs and whether it's worth it.
- 03
You decide
If you'd rather not have it repaired, we give it back. Nothing is ever done without your say-so.

You take it home working
We let you know as soon as it's ready.
